Your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to use this Site to order further products or services from VinylBanners.com. If your account is deactivated, you will remain responsible for payment of print jobs already competed or in production.

All electronic documents between the user and VinylBanners.com shall be deemed for all purposes to be a "writing" or "in writing," and shall comply with all statutory, contractual, and other legal requirements for a writing and shall be deemed an "original" when printed from electronic records that have been established and maintained in the ordinary course of business.

When you upload, or otherwise provide electronic content to VinylBanners.com you warrant and confirm that you either own the copyright to or have permission to copy any documents, text, graphics, photographs, etc., that you submit for inclusion in the print process, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold VinylBanners.com and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders agent and affiliates, harmless from any suit, demand, or claim arising out of any breach of this warranty and agree to pay any judgment or reasonable settlement offer resulting from any such suit, demand or claim, and to pay any attorney's fees incurred by VinylBanners.com in defending against such suit, demand or claim.

You agree that you will not send, upload, post or otherwise transmit to VinylBanners.com any Customer Content that contains material that: (i) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, lewd, lascivious and/or obscene; (ii) which invades another person's privacy; (iii) which would further the commission or concealment of a crime; (iv) advocates or urges treason, insurrection, sedition or forcible resistance to any law of the United States; (v) is not lawfully yours to transmit; (vi) is the subject of, or which infringes upon, any patent, trademark, trade name, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, moral right or other intellectual property right of another person or entity; (vii) contains software viruses, trojans, malware, or other harmful or malicious computer code, or that in any other way would way interfere with or disrupt the services and/or production of VinylBanners.com and/or or any servers or networks connected to or used in connection with the delivery of such service and production.

The graphics provided by VinylBanners.com in its design software for all of its products are the property of VinylBanners.com, or the copyrighted intellectual property of third parties from which VinylBanners.com has licensed such property.  You expressly agree not to reproduce, modify or use these images except on VinylBanners.com products.

Coupon Processing
Coupons offered by VinylBanners.com may be subject to limitations and are subject to validation on the check-out page of the Site. VinylBanners.com shall resolve any conflicts among different coupons attempted to be used on the Site and you agree to abide by such resolutions.

Returns
Customers must notify VinylBanners.com of their intention to return products on their “Order History” within the Customer Service section of the Site.  VinylBanners.com will issue an RMA# to be used for shipping the products back to VinylBanners.com.  Refunds will not be issued before products are returned, and shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. Our Money Back Guarantee policy applies to first-time customers with orders totaling less than $100.00, excluding shipping charges and any applicable taxes.
